Posh meets Love

Monday morning ...it usually gives me the blues

Nevertheless , that particular Monday went so fast. For I was inviting him for Dinner , hoping he would comply and in a jiffy I booked a table at 7.30pm in the heart of Soho.

I just wanted to be with him.

Thought of him constantly. Texted and called him at Lunch time and was waiting for the bell to ring .... "as if I was in school...waiting for the next bell to show that school's out" . That's how it felt..

Met him near where I work and got on the bus. He looked amazing even with his cast on. He has a little accident with his hand in which he had to wear cast.

Reached Soho , well before the booked table is ready. Strolled at the Gay bars , I'm sure they were checking him out. I would be , if I was a gay man *LOL* He is simply gorgeous.

Walked around the place to find a decent pub for him to get a pint.

Sat on a high chair , trying to concentrate on the footie on tele, and touching his knees with mine. It was windy that day and sitting next to the entrance , made me shiver whenever someone comes in through the doors.

After killing sometime, we went to the restaurant I booked us in. Dinner was lovely but having him sat in front of me and just talking was lovelier. The dinner had bellinis which I made him drink both glasses.

The evening was still young but as usual , I had to decline of him coming to spend the night. Too posh to make love, even though I craved and fear it .Strolling to the bus stop at Charing Cross Road for him to get home. Suddenly the wind started to blow very hard , sweeping everything up to eye level. I subconsciously pulled him towards the inner part of a 'Weetherspoon bar' opposite the Salsa club to shield ourselves from the windy attack.

Instinctively , our lips met and kisses passionately in a corner of Soho, wrapping ourselves against each other. The kiss felt like forever and I didn't want it to end. As soon as it started it ended abruptly as he muttered to himself , he cant do this any more, and didn't want to see me. I cannot bear the thought of not seeing him again! He doesn't understand why I can't be with him throughout the night. I cant explain nor can I comprehend that I still wanted to be with him, to go out , to hold hands, to be his. We said our good byes and went off in a different direction
He just needed to give me a bit more time.

As I never experience such bold advances from a male companion, to just want to sleep with each other when you hardly know the person. Perhaps I never let such characters to come close to me. Thank God I haven't , for I would not meet such a person. I think I've fallen in love

There was something in him that I liked , the very first time I met him. He made me laugh and can be exasperating at some point. My Amazing Amore.

I just have to tell him how I feel and hope to get something positive to it. Like Love.

Greenwich Park

Sunday morning - crisp fresh air, blue sky and sunny. A perfect day to spend it in the park.

Time was thirteen hundred hours, jumped on the bus to go to the desired rendezvous.

Was lunch time, had to get burger and chips for my stomach was killing me.And nothing will be as good if my temper flares just because I'm hungry. Not a good company for anyone. Especially on a second date with The Amazing P. Tried to get a window seat to see if the person in question came as promised.

Crossed the road..time was already half past. Gave a quick call..and there he was.
He shouted ,"Today?...Today?" in front of Holborn Tube Station. I just laughed it off and took his hand. trying to explain I was across the road.

Dear , dear me .. such impatience for a Guy with full of life in him..I found that it was cute...*strange but true*

Jumped on the bus but not on the right one..thus waited at the bus stop across the river to Greenwich Park. It took ages to wait for it and felt like a lifetime before we got off at Cutty Sark to go to the park..Following the crowd

But the memorable bus ride had conversation like ," I like you Anne, you don't make me stiff.." Statement. And I smiled. Fact: I wanted him to. Fact :I was strongly attracted to him.Fact: I wanted him to Love me.

We got a nice little spot between the shade and sunny patch in the big Green Park.
We talked and I listened to his life story. Stories which made me just want to hold him close and kiss his lips.

And somehow he snuggled next to me , after feeling tired of talking about his Life stories ...and finding the pillow I brought with me quite inviting. His face was so close, I could taste it. His scent was tantalising , a scent that turned me on.

I touched his face and stroked it lovingly as if we were Lovers in another lifetime.

My touch had a strange look on his face and made him snuggled closer and tried to kiss me . In which I avoided so many times till gave in and kissed him back.

From that moment on , a wave of passion swept through us. He took me in his arms and kissed me passionately. *sigh* The sweetness of the kiss. I drowned myself in his caresses subconsciously aware we were not alone and put that aside to indulge ourselves.

Unleashing such passion made me want to be apart of him. I wanted to know all about him. We connected on a level that I thought it only happen in Romance novel. I fell hard and fast to a 'stranger' I barely knew and yet it excited me.

I missed having those emotions being felt. Feelings that made me feel loved and desired. I could feel him now. Now He has gone stiff. It did occur to me, will he still like me now? Even though I made him feel that..?

We spent hours and he couldn't take his hands off he wanted to go to a more secluded area. I was a tad nervous but his presence and demure made me want to explore this Amazing Paolo.

Found a spot further up the hill , lay the blanket and started off where we left at the foot of the hill. It became chilly and we had to stop, it was nearly half six ..Time flies when you are having fun. That's for sure.

My Tourist wanted a beer and I had orange juice. It was the Shepherd tavern, drank and chit chatted but didn't have any dinner.

Got the bus back , franticly wanting to have some dinner but couldn't.

Stopped at Waterloo and walked to a place that looked it was still open only to find out it was not.

He wanted to so much to have me but I had to decline. I had my principles, which he could not comprehend.

I had to leave him at the Old Vic and walk distraughtly with a lump in my chest back home. I felt bad, but I couldn't help it. Nothing I could do.

His insistence was tearing my old self. For I wanted to be Loved. And I suspect he craved for it too.

C'est La Vie

Second Chance Second Life

Second Life was introduced to me by my Batteryman - Paolo. He was so excited for me to join the network, he must have been an avid user.

I never heard of them before , probably would never have if not for Paolo. It wasn't really the program that interest me so much but the name of it.

Having to meet such a person was like a second chance for me. I see them on the street making their friends burst into laughter and just having a good time. Not a care in the world. I secretly craved for such a person in my life when I would have said at that time was ,"Such noisy people on this tube, cant they see we in suits need to go to work and have serious lives , not prancing around making silly jokes...they must be Tourist"

He was my Tourist.

Charming , Humorous , well presented with his suit , white shirt and brand new black leather shoes. He dressed to impressed and took my breath away.

Paolo, made me stand on stand by him at the path in Leicester Square where throngs of people pass there to get to where they need to be , be it to Chinatown, any of the cinemas , restaurants or cafes in Leicester Sq or just people needing to go to a Theatre - it is Theatreland in that part of the West End. While he rolls his Old Holborn tobacco into a small cigaratte and lits it up , inhales and exhales it till it's only like one centimeter or maybe less. At that point in time was the only time I actually look up and to saw the hectiness of the square

When you are standing still , and having to wait for something in a busy place , does make it seem that Life is passing you by very quickly. So could you imagine at those people handing out leaflets feeling the toil when they are not handing out much of it.

Paolo wanted to show me what he did several years back when he was in the Capital, handing out those leaft lets. And so he did, just to demonstrate , he took a couple from a lovely but unsmiling girl and started to give other people while walking with me with a big smile on his face. He was truly a character. It made me feel he grabs his life with both hands, being a Driver in his Life rather than just a mere Passenger. In less than a minute he got off his hands those leaflets faster than the unsmiling girl , that's for sure.

In that one magical evening transformed by Paolo , it made my uncertainties disappear. I was uncertain because it was our first meeting plus I had a hard time on that Friday. Didnt feel I was up for anything and thought of just walking away. Fortunately I decided against it. And it was a begining of a passionate connection for Life.

A passion that need exploring. In which started off with a Pret Manger sandwiches and went in search of a Tapas restaurant in Soho but mission aborted and went to a Thai restaurant in Firth Street instead. Had sticky sweet foodies , vegetable tempuras, a Singa Beer and just Hot H2O for the lady. Left my bottled Elderflower drink on the table for two in that Thai place . Not meant to be.

Double back to the Square where then he rolled his tobacco...

Headed towards Rendezvous a very pleasant dessert place , had my Camomile tea and he had his coffee when we started talking a tad more intimate. Being born in a no-nonsense environment , it does make one feel that there is always a time and place for everything.
And having to talk about my sexuality in a nice little cafe wasnt ideal at all. As there are people seating nearby etc, I felt it was very nerve-racking , that was for sure. And yet Paolo , didnt seem to care it was making me feel uneasy. He kept saying about Tower bridge being a romantic place, never been actually in the evening so would not know and not sure if Ii would have gone anyway. Cause it's quite a long way away from the hustle and bustle , away from the public...at night? For a female meeting a "Stranger" for the first time? Nah , I don't think so.

I try to divert his conversation to familiar territory but the only way was to change it completely by finishing my tea and going somewhere else.

HMV was a place I haven't been into physically for some 12 months or more. Spoilt with internet shopping I never see the need to anyway. But there we were browsing in the store, where I asked casually about his interests. Which was house music and dancing. Making hilarious comments made me missed of having a Man in my life physically. He was so colourful it made me secretly did not want to leave his side but I had to after several busses pass when the clock was nearing half eleven....and he noticed that too. There was a certain level of connection we had and I did not want such an opportunity to just fade.

My unexplored Tourist.

The night was young but I couldn't tear my gaze from him when the bus started to move and search him in crowd to where he was headed and felt a heavy lump in my breast. I must see this amazing Paolo again, this "alchemist" in search of my fountain of life and youth. He made be feel I was living.

As I reached home, I called him asking if he was interested to spend an afternoon in the Park on Sunday. Heard the weather forecast would be good. He was not sure and would get back to me..

I thought none of it and put my head to rest as the next day was full with planned and unplanned activities.

C'est la vie!
